The Apex Premium Ostrich Feather Dusters from Alta Dusting Products are bulked out with extra full black feathers and are then bound with a metal coil wire. The Apex line is from Alta is the best dusters we have seen on the market bar none. This duster is made with the softer black ostrich feathers. Black feathers are unique, softer feathers (compared to the gray "drab" feathers) and are exclusive to the mature ostrich male birds.
